职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责电子生产的元器件物料采购，熟悉商品的市场价格、供应渠道和市场变化情况，提升产品品质及降低采购成本
2.负责对供应商产品质量、供货能力、企业质量保证能力、企业信誉等方面进行考查，以保证公司需求，建立合理的采购流程；
3.负责进行供应商的评价和管理，建立、完善供应商档案，统计所购产品的价格，向有关部门及时准确提供决策支持；
4.负责电子元器件的二次选型，协助研发部门与生产部门,保障生产稳定性。
5.熟悉各种电子元器件，能够看懂元器件规格参数；
6.熟悉电子元器件市场行情及主要供应商，有较强的供应商开发能力；
5.有较强的沟通能力,谈判能力和成本意识,能与供应商进行良好的交流；

任职资格
1.大专及以上学历；
2.电子制造行业相关采购两年以上采购工作经验，应届毕业生亦可。
3.熟悉相关质量体系标准，精通采购业务，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
4.具有良好的英文应用能力，熟练操作计算机，懂ERP系统操作更佳；
5.工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神。
