职位描述：
Detailed Responsibilities
? Plan and Execute our Online Lead Acquisition Strategy, optimizing sales funnel for maximum ROI and quality of leads.
? Manage all Chinese Language online presences for Nederman, both Nederman.cn and our presence on third party platforms.
? Drive our Social Media strategy and execution, content planning, managing partners, cooperating directly with Head Office for Global Campaigns.
? Coordinate with sales teams and distributors to develop content/photography/imagery on case stories.
? Budget Planning for all digital campaigns and activities across all channels.
? Responsible for marketing communication materials, like product catalogues, solution brochures, videos, advertisements, product communication presentation etc.
? Continuously track the performance of our marketing activities and provide ideas for how to further improve performance.
? Reporting to the Sales Director, working closely with the local marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications
? Quick thinking, excellent logical reasoning and problems solving skills.
? Strong dedication to personal growth and development always focused on learning, and staying up to date on the latest ideas and technologies within Digital Marketing.
? Experience setting up, managing and optimizing SEM campaigns with Baidu (other platforms a plus).
? Experience managing corporate social media accounts, WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn.
? Bachelor degree or higher with major in marketing, sales or business communication.
? Basic understanding of SEO and experience working with technology partners to manage SEO.
? Experience managing a CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience a plus).
? Excellent intuitive understanding of what types of content leads to strong conversion and engagement.
? Experience from digital marketing team for an industrial B2B international company.
? Energetic and sales minded teamplayer
