职位描述：
Responsibilities ：
1.As the interface to customer for addressing account related issues to ensure high Customer Satisfaction
2.Day to day operation follow-up & management to ensure the healthy of account
3.Cross cooperating among different functional departments to drive the account assigned
4.SAP maintenance including materials lifecycle management, vendor & customer management, order management, etc.
5.Account related reports preparation and data analysis

Job Requirements and Qualifications
1.5 years+ customer service experience to Key account /distributors. Supply chain /logistics preferred.
2.Good command in both written and oral English
3.University graduated with 5 or more years of related experience
