职位描述 Job Description:
1）配合中外方主教老师进行3至12岁少儿英语教学的课前准备及备课；
Assist in the planning, preparation and teaching of English language lessons and workshops to children from 3 to 12 years old.
2）配合主教老师进行教学及课堂管控，为学生提供语言支持及帮助；
Co-teach and manage learning activities, providing language support and guidance for learners.
3）配合主教老师记录并管理学生的学习进度；
Support Instructors to monitor and record learners' progress and achievement.
4）进行学生管理，并定期与学生家长进行沟通；
Manage children and communicate regularly with parents.
5）积极配合中心的各类教学活动；
Support the work of the centre by participating in exciting learning experiences for English language learners.
6）配合不同的活动设计及活动开展；
Help to deliver a wide variety of learning programmes, workshops and special events.
7）参加教研活动，不断提升自己的语言技能。
Develop your language teaching skills through a carefully structured training programme, aligned to international standards.
岗位要求 Requirements：
1）英语专业本科或相关专业优先考虑；
A Bachelor Degree in English or a related area of study (Preferred)
2）英语听说读写流利，能自信地用英文进行表达沟通；
Confident communication skills in spoken and written English (Essential)
3）具有相关少儿英语助教经验优先考虑；
Relevant experience of working as a Language Teaching Assistant to children in a private language school or international school context
4）热爱少儿教育培训事业，热爱英语教学；
Enthusiasm for working with children and developing teaching skills
5）良好的组织协调能力；
Strong organisational skills
6）良好的团队合作能力，能与其他英语助教及主教配合完成工作；
Ability to work within a close knit team of Language Assistants and Instructors
7）能适应与少儿一起工作。
Suitability to work with young children as part of a professional teaching team
