B） 培训技术员并和他们共同讨论技术问题。

C） 招聘和培训新的QA及QC。帮助他们很好的理解质量标准以及每个品牌的需求。

D） 为业务组提供技术支持。

E） 与国外客户在技术问题上保持良好的沟通，具有良好的英语说写能力。

F） 与供应商和工厂保持良好的沟通，解决样衣和大货的问题。

G） 对验货的AQL标准有精确的了解和相关经验。

H） 对大货中出现的问题有良好的判断能力和解决能力。

I） 对工厂的审核过程和标准有相当的了解。

J） 管理、控制和审批所有验货和审核的费用，例如出差、酒店费用等。

K） 管理和审批每周所有的工厂验货排期表。

L） 相关行业10年以上工作经验。

A,) professional Skill and experience for Technology of Garment, and with paper pattern knowledge.

B) Training of Technician in technical and work with them together for technical issues.

C) Recruiting and training of New QA and QC. To help them well understand of quality standard and requirement for each brands.

D) Supporting to MR team for technical comment understanding.

E) Good communication with foreign customer for technical comment understanding. Good skill of English writing and speaking.

F) Good skill of communication with supplier and factory for solving of problem in sample and bulk production.

G) Good knowledge of AQL inspection procedure and experience.

H) Well Judgment and solving of the problem which being found in bulk production.

I) Good knowledge of factory audit procedure and standard.

J) To manage, control and approve all inspection/audit costs. i.e. travel &, hotel expenses etc….

K) To manage and approve all weekly inspection schedules in factories.

L) Above 10 years work experience .
