职位描述：
? Leading the network and infrastructure team to fulfill local, regional and global operation / project delivery requirements on time, on quality.
? Responsible for the daily operation including configuration, application upgrade, daily support activities, trouble shooting, performance monitoring and change management.
? Active propose solutions to avoid any potential risk on infrastructure.
? Catch up and introduce new technologies into company.
? Manage data center, including data center environment, racks, cables, UPS, servers, networks, etc.
? Manage data backup service.
? Manage SCCM service in China.
? Manage Active Directory, and GPO.
? Maintain SOP and infrastructure technical documentation.
? Provides escalation support to IT helpdesks and may provide support to VIPs directly as requested


Required:
? Expert knowledge & hands-on experience in Microsoft technology including Azure, Windows Server, AD, SCCM & SQL server etc.
? Expert hands-on skills in VMware ESX and ESXi environment.
? Good hands-on skills in Cisco network devices, firewalls and routers, etc.
? Experience in Juniper firewall.
? Experience in supporting Linux Operating Systems environment will be a plus.
? 10 years IT infrastructure relative experience with 3+ years’ manager experience.
? MCSE, CCNP and VCP certifications are required. Azure experience is highly preferred.

Other capabilities:
? Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in Chinese and English.
? Good at documentation on SOPs.
? Ability to carry out detailed tasks efficiently and effectively independently
? Excellent work attitude and customer service skills.
? Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to supervisors.
? Ability to work on scheduled maintenance jobs and respond to system outages during non-business hours.
