职位描述：
职位目的：协助生产经理组织、指导、监督营运团队完成生产计划，不断改进生产指标、产品质量和生产环境，实现工厂营运目标。

? Functional 职能工作：
? To supervise and guarantee production target and production management procedure, such as carrying out HACCP and GMP in production监督和确保各项生产工艺指标和生产管理程序，如HACCP和GMP在生产过程中的贯彻执行；
? To make a quick response to the abnormity and emergency; to find and trace the problem, put forward the solutions and suggestions;及时对生产中的异常、突发事件做出反应，发现问题及时追踪、解决，并提出解决方案及合理建议；
? To find & analysis problems, solve product quality deviation by cooperating with the QA department配合质量部门，发现、分析、解决产品质量偏差；
? To maintain good communication with Plant Manager and HR department and grasp the floor employee's ideological trend ;及时掌握一线员工的思想动向，并与厂长、人事部门保持沟通；
? Responsible for the training floor supervisor and employees on SOP,GMP and production safety;对领班及一线员工定期进行操作规范、GMP、生产安全的培训；
? To cooperate with HR department in floor employees'attendance and performance evaluation; 配合人事部门进行一线员工考勤及绩效评估；
? To assist the QA department to organize and prepare the third party audit, carry out the action plans;协助质量部门组织第三方审核的准备工作，并落实改进计划；
? To assist R&D department for new product development; 协助研发部门进行新产品开发的相关工作；
? To cooperate with the financial departments to develop production department's annual budget. 配合财务部门制定生产部门年度预算。To supervise&instruct the whole production, to ensure the operation target remain at a reasonable level;(such as Yield Efficiency,Time Efficiency and Raw Material Usage)对生产全程进行监督、指导，确保各项营运指标控制和维持在合理水平；（出品率、时间效率、原料使用率等）
? To compile the production reports and audit the production process record;总体把控生产线各类关键报表编制和记录审核；
? To supervise&report the equipment's abnormity and potential fault during the manufacturing process对生产过程中发现的设备运行异常情况及潜在故障的监督及通报；
? To supervise and implement the production equipment's cleaning and basic maintenance, assist the mechanic with daily maintenance check;监督和落实生产线的每日设备清洁及基础保养工作，协助维修人员做好日常的检修检查；
? To assist the mechanic supervisor with the development,supervision and implementation of PM plan for the purpose of the normal operation; 协助维修主管，制定和完善PM计划，并监控实施，为正常营运提供设备保障；
