岗位职责：
Attendance, holiday and OT management/考勤、假期及加班管理
- Attendance management: Check、Monitor and analyze overtime and attendance. Implement and improve related management regulation.
- 考勤管理: 核对、监控和分析加班和出勤、缺勤情况，执行和改进相关的管理规定。
- Holiday arrangement and adjust rest following
- 节假日安排及换班跟踪
- Overtime tracking and checking
- 加班的跟踪及检查。
 
Recruitment /招聘
- Yearly DL and I&C recruitment planning, monthly forecast.
- 年度员工招聘计划的制定及月度预测。
- HC controlling and HC monthly report.
- 人头控制及人头报表。
- Hiring application and hiring while cost controlling.
- 招聘申请及招聘并控制成本。
- Outsourcing company evaluation and good channel of hiring.
- 外包公司评估并保证良好的招聘渠道。
- Internship and practice base project running smoothly.
- 实习生及实习基地项目运行良好。
- Participate hiring activity with Group HR, organize recruitment related activity, participate branding issues.
- 参与总部组织的招聘活动，组织相关招聘活动，参与品牌形象相关活动。
 
Personnel management/人事管理
- Personnel management procedure including promotion, transferring, demotion, resign, on boarding, etc.
- 人事管理流程，包括：升、降、转、离职、入职等。
- Participate the PIP plan, career discussion plan and people review, etc.
- 参与员工绩效提升计划、职业发展讨论及人员盘点等。
- Organization chart following.
- 组织结构图的跟踪。
- Yearly and monthly HR report.
- 年度及月度HR报告。
- Residences permit management and employee Hukou application supporting.
- 居住证管理及员工户口申请支持工作。
- Normal labor bureau report.
- 日常的劳动局检查报表。
 
Personnel care and relationship员工关怀及关系：
- Employee monthly meeting and follow the actions.
- 员工月度座谈及行动跟踪。
- Employee award and punishment tracking, and employee compliant problem following.
- 员工奖惩跟踪，及员工抱怨问题跟踪。
- Employee satisfaction survey and actions tracking.
- 员工满意度调查及行动跟踪。
任职要求：
College education or above/大专以上学历
Familiar with labor laws and regulations/熟悉劳动法律法规
Personnel mgt experience in manufacturing company/制造业人员管理经验
Good English skills in writing, listening and speaking/英语听说读写能力好 举报 分享
