1. Comply with SHE, Security policy and related procedures. 遵守公司安全/健康/环境、安保政策及相关规定。
2. Generate vouchers of payment and collection timely& accurately. 及时准确录入收付款凭证。
3. Apply, safety storage, correctly issue and deliver VAT Invoices. 购买、保管、开具销售发票。
4. Apply, safety storage, correctly issue checks and receipts. 购买、保管、开具收据。
5. Handle daily payment after approval by finance manager. 根据财务经理付款计划安排付款。
6. Update AR collections records and inform sales team colleagues timely. 更新收款记录并及时告知销售同事。
7. Check AR balance with customers. 与客户对账。
8. Prepare bank reconciliation statements at the beginning of each month. 每月初编制银行余额调节表。
9. Issue L/C and Bank Acceptance based on approved supporting documents. 根据批准资料开具信用证以及银行承兑汇票。
10. Other related work. 其他待办事务。
