This position is to fulfill the corporate expectations of sales growth by using value sales and demand creation from new growth area-markets, products and customers. This position can be based in Shenzhen, China and reports to Regional Sales Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
? Perform day-to-day demand creation sales
? Manage sales forecast and achieve the sales target
? Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
? Develop new customers and new applications
? Identify new opportunity and suggest allegro solutions at site
? Support business cases with new products/applications
? Coordinate Customers’ technical and Quality issue with Corporate HQ
? Conduct market survey and basic customer training
? Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitors
Skills and Requirements
? Understanding of business environment and strategic planning abilities
? Good understanding of China electronics market especially automotive applications
? Ability to learn new products and technologies independently
? Strong ability to understand the technical specifications and automotive safety standards
? Self-motivated and Ability to do team work
? Excellent Program Management skill and ability to manage multiple independent programs simultaneously
? BsEE with 5 years or more (Master with 3 years) sales or FAE experience served for automotive customers. Preferred to have Experience in any American or European semiconductor companies or its sales reps.
? Preferred to have experience in motor driver (EPS, E-clutch, Pump, Blower, etc) and/or EV/Hybrid Power System.
? Bilingual spoken and written communication skills – Chinese and English
