职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 管理并确保我司关键客户门店保安的日常运作顺利进行。
2 作为H&A的服务质量监控人员，确保保安人员的工作表现令人满意。
3 和店内顾客、店经理、客户的关键联系人保持沟通和反馈。
4 保证H&A的高级安保经理及时了解店内的日常安全运作情况、突发事件、客户要求、问题纠纷等。
5 对保安的绩效管理问题提出解决方案，参与指导保安人员的工作开展。
6 驻扎我司客户门店。
7 与当地警察联系，保持合作关系以保证对安保事件的支持，支持重要事件安保工作的开展。

任职资格：
？ 5年以上安保领域工作经验，3年团队领导经验。
？ 有担任公司安保主管的经验,尤其是在跨国公司或安保公司。
？ 对保安人员的工作部署以及零售商店及设备的使用具备专业知识和经验。
？ 执法,军队背景者优先。
？ 具备良好的沟通能力，可以与客户门店经理、客户联系人、当地安全机构及安保供应商建立保持良好的关系。
？ 以客户满意度为导向，能够与客户在一起共事，了解客户方的要求和需要，在公司和客户之间建立沟通。
？ 强烈的责任感。
？ 团队合作精神。可以与保安人员,商店员工和H&A安保经理密切合作
？ 自信、开朗，具备良好的交际能力。
？ 以解决问题及提供方案为导向。
