职位描述：
1、参加日常检验工作和值班，保证检验报告的准确、及时。
2、解决日常工作中涉及到的试剂、仪器等疑难技术问题。参与检验质量控制工作，校正实验结果。
3、指导并督促下级检验人员，执行各项规章制度和技术操作规范。
4、了解本专业的新技术，对改进检验工作流程和技术手段提出建议。
5、消毒液的配制及实验前的消毒工作，实验结束后的消毒清场，检验器材的清洗。
6、环境温湿度记录及冰箱的温度记录。
7、负责实验室的仪器设备保养，标本保存、灭菌。
