1. 作为Level-1 IT支持工程师,远程解决门店的系统问题(PC操作系统及周边设备维护)
2. 远程检查服务器运行状态(硬件排错,备份检查等)
3. 对于特殊的技术问题,详细记录问题类型并提交给相关部门处理
任职要求:
1. 成熟的PC系统的技术经验及能力,有独立分析和学习的能力
2. 有helpdesk和简单的服务器维护经验
3. 良好的团队协调能力
4. 良好的英文读写能力
