职位描述：
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1.Negotiate prices, terms and conditions for the procurement of the items assigned.
2.Negotiate and develop long term agreements
3.Resolve all cost, quality and delivery problems
4.Achieve annual purchasing objectives for cost reduction, quality, and delivery performance and supplier optimization.
5.Direct the timely and accurate preparation of commodity monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports.
6.Understand Make-to-order environment and control cost accordingly.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanics, Business or related field.
2.Previous experience in heavy industry buying Experience required.

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING OR OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1.Knowledge of business and contract law.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3.Be able to communicate in English
4.Good root cause analysis skills.
5.Manufacturing capability skills.
6.Understanding of quality systems.
