职位描述：
Totally 10 years of experience. Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in leading projects of Optimization of the Logistics Chain and Lean Manufacturing in large-sacle manufacturing companies (WFOE preferred); with more than 3 years of consulting and project management experience.
十年以上工作经验。咨询顾问需具备：五年以上大型企业（外商独资企业优先）供应链优化及精益生产推进及管理工作；三年以上精益生产咨询顾问工作及项目管理经历。

Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree and above. Major in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or relevant.
？ 本科及以上学历，机械、工业工程或相关专业
？ Experiences in the management and implementation of consulting projects in models and tools of Lean Manufacturing (VSM - Value Stream Mapping, OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Lay-out, Line Balancing, TPM, 6 SIGMA, SMED, 5S, ...)
？ 有精益生产实施项目经验，全面掌握精益生产管理知识及工具（价值流程图，设备综合效率，Lay-out，产线平衡率，TPM，6 SIGMA， SMED，5S等……）
？ Experiences in production management, familiar with operation, quality management and logistics. Experience in Logistics Chain Management (Logistics Chain Synchronization, Planning/Programming, Internal and Distribution Logistics, Warehouse Optimization,...)
？ 有制造型企业生产管理经验，熟悉生产运营，质量管理和物流。有供应链管理经验（供应链同步、规划、内部物流及配送、库存优化等……）
？ Commercial capacity. Development of commercial plans, realization of offers, direct dialogue with the client in the commercial activity. Capability to implement project independently. Have successful project experience.
？ 具备一定的商务能力。直接面对客户，能及时发现客户需求并制定项目开发计划；具备独立操作项目能力。有成功项目经验。
？ Outstanding analysis, problem solving and decision making capability. Good communication, logic thinking and management skills. Orientation to achievement and results.
？ 优秀的分析能力、解决问题能力及决策能力。良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力及组织管理能力。具有进取精神，结果导向。

Responsibilities:
Project Planning: 项目策划
？ Responsible for the planning of lean manufacturing consulting projects, evaluate the problem of customer and come up with professional consulting.
？ 负责客户的精益生产咨询方案策划，诊断和评估客户问题并提供专业的咨询建议。

Project Implementation: 项目实施
？ Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing projects. Coordinate with different departments to ensure the success of project implementation.
？ 主持实施精益生产项目，协调各部门，保证项目顺利推进。

Project Development: 项目开发
？ Be involved in the project development and commercial negotiations. Communicate with customer to understand the requirement, analyze the problem and make project plan.
