职位描述：
Job Title:

Sr. Accounting Assistant, Accounts Payable (Asia Pacific Shared Accounting Service)

Report To:

Accounts Payable Supervisor, Asia Finance Shared Service Center

Job Description:
1. Verify payment requests, staff claims. Prepare payment vouchers and process in SAP.

2. Analyze and clear long outstanding AP aging and AP month end closing.

3. Periodic review and clear GR/IR open items with procurement department.

4. Work closely with cashier and finance manager to propose the payment according to the company's cash position.

5. Support the AP Supervisor to keep good communication with Employees in responsible countries related to finance policies and regulations.

6. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor and Asia Finance Shared Service Manager, include but not limited to process improvement projects, new system online coordination, etc.




Qualification:

1. 4 years working experience in Finance.

2. Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or Finance.

3. Familiar with China GAAP. Experiences in SAP would be an advantage.
4. Good at MS Office, especially Excel.

5. Team player with good communication skills.

6. Sufficient in written and spoken English.

7. Able to work independently under pressure, quick learner and able to adapt to changes.
