职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

• Advise to WACKER internal stakeholders on commercial, operational, and project related legal issues;

• Support Wacker’s position and communicate critical legal and government related issues and obstacles with local organization and authorities;

• Identify, develop and maintain healthy and sustainable relationship with key decision-makers and governmental bodies, especially in Nanjing and Jiangsu, and establish and advertise positive enterprise image in front of key government bodies;

• Follow, research, communicate and analyze the important economic and industry policies, especially related to foreign investment and chemical industries

  
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

• Bachelor degree or above, major in law

• A minimum of 3 years working experience in law firm or company

• Ability to advocate and communicate Wacker’s positions with regulators, NGOs and other influential third parties

• Experience in the fields of production, environmental laws is a plus

• Familiarity with chemical industry is an advantage.

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Excellent communication in English and Chinese
