Senior merchandiser-Accessories (高级业务员-饰品部)
职位描述
Report regularly to China sourcing director regarding all the activites,actions and projects.

Responsibilities:
SOURCING
- Source fashion accessory products to catch early trend and assure full control & best cost.
- Define together with all your stakeholders your sourcing strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet brand' current and future business needs.
- Source new vendors and evaluate vendors' capability(assure full alignment with QA).
COSTING
- Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs througn cost sheet.
- Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price, quality & lead-time.
- Facilitate price negotiation process during buyer’s trip and conduct production planning.
COMMUNICATION
- Create and enhance long-term business relationships with team in headquarters of France to maximize business growth and opportunities.
- Work closely with buyers in headquarters to achieve purchasing targets and cost saving, understand needs & create a strong communication channel with all stakeholders.
ORDER TRACKING
- Work and strengthen cooperation with Quality and Technician teams/suppliers to ensure bulk products meet specification/quality standard, negotiate claims etc.
- Take full responsibility from the order received till the goods are sold.
- Be proactive and take more initiatives& solve problems, conflicts between buyers and factories.
- Secure deadlines to ensure on time delivery.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Coach and manage team members according to the companies policies and in agreement with HR.
- Guide the team and secure the system implementation. Supervise merchandisers, to ensure the task performance of merchandiser is adequate and establish a good work relationship with merchandiser.
REPORTING
- Take responsibility for results of the team. Develop KPI’s to measure the departmental performance together with Director.
- Collect and provide inputs on market trends, competitor activities and news that may affect the business of the company.
- Prepare monthly team KPI’s analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree. Preferable major in Garment / textile or International Trade.
- At least 8 yr experience with European sourcing office, brand buying office from similar position is prefered.
- With sound knowledge of costing, market trends, product safety requirements, accessories products .
- Good negotiation skills to satisfy the interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified merchandising.
- Professional in production processes.
- Commercial thinking & customer oriented.
- Strong flexibility and reactivity to changing environment.
- Be aggressive, organized, self-motivated, pro-active, hard-working and good performance under pressure.
- Willing to travel nationally regularly.
- Good command of Excel，Word,PPT and so on for office software.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin in both writtern and oral. 举报 分享
