Responsibilities 职责 :

-Conduct and participate in multi-disciplinary planning, design, and development of software systems.
-执行并参与多平台的软件系统开发计划、设计及程序写
-Assist in the design of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
-协助新系统的实施或现有系统的升级
-Develop code for new applications and supports code modification to legacy systems.
-新系统的程序编写及现有系统的程序各更新
-Perform unit testing and integration testing for new and legacy applications.
-执行系统的单元测试及整体测试
-Develop and support documentation, including requirements, design, and technical manuals.
-进行需求、设计、开发文档的编写
-Perform operations monitoring and health check to ensure application is up and running.
-监控系统的运行情况并确保系统稳定运行


Requirement 岗位要求:

-University degree with Major in Computer Science or above
-计算机相关专业大学本科毕业
-3 to 5 year experience in Lotus Notes Dominoes, HTML, CSS and VB.net
-3 到 5 年的 Lotus Notes Domino、HTML、CSS 或 BV.net 开发经验
-Experience with Domino web development (versions 7 and 8), and web-enabling existing Lotus Notes client applications is required.
-拥有Domino （versions 7 and 8）网页开发 及 基于 Lotus Notes 客户端应用开发的经验
-Experience creating views, forms, formulas and scripting in Lotus Notes.
-能熟练运用Lotus Notes 中视图、表格、公式及脚本进行应用开发
-Must have the ability to work well under varied time constraints and be self-motivated.
-能够管理具有不同交付时间要求的多项工作而且富有上进心
-Well organized, independent and possesses the ability to lead a small technical team with

strong problem solving skills.
-有能力独立组织、管理一个小型的技术团队来解决面临的系统问题
-Strong verbal and written communication will all levels of people in English & Chinese
-良好的中英文沟通能力
-Resourceful, creative and open-minded.

-Capable of working independently with little supervision.
