职位描述：
1.确保负责区域内的安全维修
2.领导与安排电仪维修技术员执行日常工作；与维修计划员和维修协调员一起进行维修工作，确保所有的电仪设备以及自动化控制符合生产需求
3.领导执行电仪定期的检查，预防性的计划维修和PLC系统地维护
4.组织并执行电气与PLC控制紧急维修
5.零件仓库管理，保存井然有序和干净
6.及时的记录并保持维修的记录
7.参与坏的因素分析并且完成相关改进行动
8.为电仪技术员提供技术支持与培训
9.确保所有的行动是及时的，并且符合质量与安全标准
10.支持新项目启动

岗位要求：
1.高中文凭或以上学历,自动化/仪表或电气等相关专业。
2.5-8年化工厂相关工作经验,良好的电气与仪表维护和修理技巧
3.2-3年电仪方面相关管理领导经验
4.PLC程序知识(ABB或西门子控制系统优先)
5.持有高压和低压维修许可证
6.具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力
7.可独立的处理工作和承担压力
8.基本的英语读写技能与电脑操作技能

Position Description & Requirements:

? Ensure safe Maintenance in responsible areas in Songjiang site
? Lead and arrange E&I maintenance technicians to perform daily PM and repairing work with maintenance planner and maintenance coordinators together, ensure all E&I facility and Auto. Control meet production needs.
? Lead and arrange the maintenance technicians’ daily PM and repairing work with maintenance planner and maintenance coordinators together, ensure all PM tasks be TECO in time.
? Lead in hand to perform the electrical&instrument regular inspection,, preventive planning maintenance and PLC system maintenance.
? Organize and perform the electrical and PLC control urgent repairing
? Spare parts warehouse management, keep in order and clean.
? Record and keep maintenance documentation timely.
? Attend bad actor analysis and implement the related improvement actions.
? Provide technical supporting and training for E&I technicians.
? Ensure all the actions are in time and meet quality and safety standards.
? Supports for new project commissioning and start up.

Qualification/experience profile

? Associates Degree or above, majored in automation/instrument or electricity
? At least 5-years related working experience in auto process control & other electrical equipment, preferred in chemical industrial, Good "hands on" E&I skills
? High voltage operation license and low voltage maintenance license is a must
? Basic English and computer skills are required
? Good team work and communication capability.
? Can work independently and under pressure
? PLC programming knowledge is a must,( ABB or Siemens Control System is preferred)
