职责：
负责HR系统维护工作。

要求：
1、 计算机及相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、 熟悉软件开发流程，熟悉面向对象的设计和开发方法；
3、 精通JAVA开发，熟悉J2EE相关技术，熟悉Spring，hibernate等框架；
4、 熟悉人力资源各环节操作流程，具备HR系统开发经验者优先；
5、 良好的逻辑思维，优秀的沟通协调及管理能力；
6、 良好的团队合作精神。
