岗位职责：
1、中高层管理职位，协助决策层制定公司短期至中长期的营销决策和战略。
2、负责公司的业务市场拓展和销售运作，能强有力的将计划转变成结果。
3、建立和管理销售团队，规范销售流程，完成销售目标。
4、设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和销售业绩考核及销售绩效管理。
5、关注和扩大公司品牌市场占有率和市场竞争力。
岗位要求：
1、市场营销、医学检验或临床医学相关专业，本科及其以上学历（条件优异者可特别考虑）。
2、5年以上医疗器械行业经历（诊断试剂行业尤佳），3年以上产品销售和渠道管理经验，熟悉医学检验、市场营销和诊断试剂产品方面的知识。
3、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力，学习能力强；逻辑性强和良好的语言表达能力。
4、优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调营销团队的工作。
5、具有强烈的进取心，精力充沛，身体健康，乐观豁达，富有开拓精神。
6、能够适应经常出差。

And as its subsidiary, Shanghai Beckin Diagnostics Co.,Ltd is an exclusively foreign-owned enterprise, specializing in the production of clinical and biochemical diagnostic reagents, located in the Shanghai International Medical Zone, assessed as the national medical appliance industry cluster, the National Torch Plan medical equipment industry base, the National “863 Program” medical instrument industry base in Shanghai, the national biomedical industry base in Shanghai——“China Medical Valley”. Through years of successful construction, our R&D and production building covers an area of 3800m2, and we have world-class chemical and biological production equipments and detection equipments, highly sophisticated researcher, and advanced production technology.
