1. 艺术设计，视觉传播，平面设计，美术设计等相关专业，全日制大专及以上学历
2 . 5年以上广告公司或传媒中介从业经验，有服务于知名广告公司经验者为佳
3. 熟练掌握设计软件，具备良好的视觉构成能力和美学鉴赏能力，丰富的想象力和创意设计能力
4. 独立承担设计工作，负责客户线上线下的作品输出
5. 具备“互联网+”的理念，熟悉互动设计
6. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，较强的团队意识，敬业精神和保密意识


1. College degree or above with major in art design, visual communication, graphic design
and art design
2. At least 5 years working experience in advertising company or media agency, has the working experience in the famous advertising company is preferably
3 Proficiency in design software, good visual ability and aesthetic appreciation ability, rich imagination and creative design ability
4. Responsible for the design work independently, responsible for the customer's online and offline output
5. Have the "Internet +" concept, familiar with interactive design
