Implement corporate wide Product Lifecycle Management system in cooperation with end-users, department heads, IT department and R&D PLM-Management-Team.

System Analysis
? Analyze and understand end-users requirements
? Provide business process consulting, help end-users to analyze their own business process and define data entry points and consolidate reports
? Write specifications and test-plans to define solutions towards end-user requirements
? Agree specifications through signature with Process Owners / Department Heads

Application Development and Maintenance
? Familiar with PLM data and business logic in "high-technology" industry
? Programming for customized function requirements
? Develop Reports and Dashboard, etc.
? Define and program Interfaces and other System Integrations
? Strong issues resolving skill
? Strong self-learning skill
? Provide End-User Training
