Job Description

? 监督生产过程，制定生产计划
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a productionschedule
? 确保生产成本效益
Ensuring that the production is cost effective
? 确保产品按时生产并保证质量良好
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
? 制定人力和物力资源
Working out the human and material resources needed
? 制定工作时间表
Drafting a timescale for the job
? 估算成本和制定质量标准
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
? 根据需要进行生产过程的监控和调整
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
? 负责设备的选购和维护
Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
? 监控产品标准和实施质量控制方案
Monitoring product standard and implementing quality-control programs
? 与各部门之间的协调联络
Liaising among different departments
? 与管理层合作来以执行实现公司的政策和目标
Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
? 确保工作场所内健康和安全准则的实施和执行
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
? 监督和激励员工队伍
Supervising and motivating a team of workers
? 审查员工绩效
Reviewing worker performance

要求
Requirement

? 机械工程/制造工程本科或以上的学历
Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
? 至少5年以上相关制造/生产经验，机械制造行业优先
Minimum 5 years and above of relevant Manufacturing / Production experience, preferably in Mechanical Engineer Industry
? 具有较强的制造/生产项目管理和执行经验
With strong experience in Manufacturing / Production projects management and execution
? 具备良好的人员管理能力，能有效管理各类团队和内部项目组
Possess good people management skills, able to manage various teams and internal project groups effectively
? 熟练使用微软办公软件
Proficient in MS Office applications
? 必须熟悉英语和普通话书写和对话
Must be conversant in English and Mandarin
? 工作地点位于无锡
