职位描述：
Requirement:
1. Weekly inventory analysis. Control and monitor Excess and Obsolete to improve inventory structure;
2. Implement Processes and Systems to effectively understand customer schedules and Forecasts.
3. Implement system and processes to effectively calculate production plan based on customer schedules and forecasts.
4. Ensuring accuracy of production plan done by the entire team and ensure timely updating the MRP system with latest production plan.
5. Implement processes to integrate capacity calculation and alignment of production plan with the capacity.
6. Coordinate with other department for all of relevant production plan issues.
7. Material shortage report daily tracking, support production plan smoothly run; take necessary actions immediately if needed.
8. Prepare and release PO and follow up the delivery schedule with supplier and control JIT materials
9. Other tasks from Supervisor

Qualification:
1. College degree
2. Practical knowledge of Windows, good skill at Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
3. Family with ERP system is necessary;
4. Good English skills, especially English reading and writing;
5. Ability to collect data and calculate;
6. Good communication skills;
