Responsibility:
1) at least 2 years landscape drawing experience
2) advanced technical ability and good know how of chinese rules and regulations
3) experience producing construction drawing sets
4) exceptional English communication skills
5) ability to work with autoCAD, sketchup, indesign, photoshop, microsoft office
6) experience working in a multinational company preferred

Requirements:
1) Degree in Architecture or related
2) With at least 4 years design experience in relevant fields
3) With at least 2 years expert in large scale projects like Mixed-used, Residential, Offices,ect. preferably having China project experience
4) Strong command in hand drawing is a must
5) A Team player who can work with and also lead a team of different culture and experiences
6) Committed, Passion for design
7) Mature Personality
8) Good communication and coordination skill
