Summary of Position: 职位简介
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. 在规划、组织、培训和领导方面进行协调和监督,从而在销售、成本、员工稳定性,客人服务和满意度,食品质量,清洁和卫生方面达到既定目标。
Duties & Responsibilities: 职责
? ? Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. 完全理解所有政策,程序,标准,培训程序,指导原则。
? ? Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. 确保所有客人感到满意,随时享有友好,及时,高效的服务
? ? Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. 确保所有食物和产品都根据餐厅菜谱,份额,烹饪和上菜标准准备。

? ? Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs. 根据餐馆预防性保养流程,亲自检查确保所有设备保持干净,运行良好。
? ? Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures. 确保所有收到的产品放入适当的位置,接收送来的产品需符合餐馆收货政策和流程。
? ? Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis. 根据餐馆政策,监督和确保员工业绩评定及时完成

? ? Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures. 了解餐馆人事行政政策,对违反公司规定、流程和政策的行为及时公正地采取统一行动。
? ? Fully understand and comply with all national and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests. 充分理解并遵循国家和市政府有关餐馆、员工和客人的健康、安全和劳动要求的规定。
? ? Develop, plan and carry out restaurant marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns. 规划并开展餐馆市场、广告和推广活动和竞赛。
Qualifications: 职位要求
? ? Be at least 21 years of age. 年龄21岁以上
? ? Be able to communicate and understand at least Chinese and English. 能用中文和英语沟通交流
? ? Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions. 了解餐饮服务业,至少有3年大堂服务或助理经理工作经验。
? ? Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system. 具备出色的数学计算能力,能使用收银机或POS机
? ? Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours). 能长时间站立工作(最多5小时)。
? ? Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 23Kg. 能经常弯腰搬运最多23公斤的货物。
? ? Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week. 必须有精力每周工作50-60小时。
We Offer: 我们提供
- A two (2) year contract with a two (2) months probation period. 2年合同含2个月试用期

- A six (6) days a week schedule from Tuesday to Sunday (rest on Mondays). Our opening times are from Tuesday to Friday from 5pm to 10pm and Sat-Sun from 10 am to 10pm. 每周工作6天周二至周日(周一休息)。营业时间周二至周五 下午5点至晚10点,周六-周日早10点至晚10点。
