Purchasing/After Sales Support

Great opportunity to join international group. EMPR Group has been awarded Hewlett Packer’s largest authorised spare parts distributor in Asia Pacific Region for the past five years and we have more than 15 years’ experience in selling spare parts for desktops, notebooks, printers and servers to local resellers, service and repair providers, government, corporate and end-users.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility for the product ordering and product return procedures for entire Group (Australia, New Zealand and China). This is a switch-on role requiring someone who will be able to process in a timely manner, have initiative to resolve problems and deliver excellent customer service.
? Duties and Responsibilities Include:
? Placing orders in SAP system and Supplier online order website
? Liaison with Supplier for Estimated Time of Arrival
? Liaison with customers for warranty & product return enquiries
? Liaison with Purchasing Department for required warranty stock & Sales Department for Technical support
? Initial approval of all Repairers Return Material Authorization requests
? Other duties as directed within the candidate's competence. There is great potential on career opportunities.
Experience Requirements:
? Pervious demonstrated experience in a Customer Service role
? Good interpersonal skill and excellent communication skills
? Excellent written English communication skills (CET-4 or better)
? Computer literacy (MS Office)
