职位描述：
Role Purpose
The Social Responsibility Coordinator is part of the global Social Impact team and will provide support to the Social Impact Manager (based in the UK), in activities relating to ethical sourcing and social compliance with the TwO Code of Conduct.
The role focuses on non-tea supply chains (packaging, promotional items, and ingredients), with a primary focus on China and Asia-based suppliers but will also provide support to suppliers in other geographies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international food company, within a small dynamic Social Impact team, to improve the lives of people in the supply chain.

Key responsibilities
1. Ensuring the company’s ethical sourcing requirements and aspirations are clearly communicated throughout the non-tea supply base,
2. Reviewing supplier self-assessment questionnaire and assess risks, in order to prioritize audits,
3. Contracting out or conducting ethical audits and assessments, in our non-tea supply chain,
4. Reviewing audit reports, identifying opportunities for improvements and monitoring progress,
5. Supporting suppliers to close non-conformances,
6. Maintain supplier ethical information up-to-date in TwO Database, and maintain information on SEDEX,
7. Analysis of non-conformances data and generation of reports to identify requirements for supplier support and training,
8. Provide support when necessary to the organisation of suppliers training to tackle industry wide issues, or the implementation of project in non-tea supply chains,
9. Work with procurement teams to maintain best practices and integrate responsible sourcing criteria into their buying decisions,
10. Communicating the progress of the responsible sourcing programme to internal stakeholders, for example through article for the Social Impact newsletter or presentations,
11. Supporting with general administrative tasks.

Experience and Skills Required
？ Recognisable experience within the responsible sourcing sector and ethical auditing in China and/or South East Asia,
？ Good knowledge of international labour laws and internationally recognized standards (SA8000, ETI Base Code, SMETA, etc.),
？ Enthusiastic individual, able to work autonomously as well as being a team player within the wider Social Impact team,
？ Clear communicator with fluency in English,
？ Ability to interact and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including buyers and suppliers,
？ Degree level in relevant discipline,
？ Good command of Excel and knowledge of database (including Sedex)
？ Open and approachable individual,
？ Ability to work under pressure,
？ Good understanding of different cultures and contexts,
