• 50% Work within a designated region consisting of approximately 50 independent retail WPN accounts promoting Wizards organized play programs and products, and providing full organized play service and support.
• 10% Solicit new retailers to join the Wizards Play Network.
• Meet and exceed individual, team, and division goals.
• 10% Act as a consultant to ensure effective merchandising, sales, and play efforts.
• 5% Lead cross functional discussions related to specific customer service issues.
• 5% Maintain up-to-the-minute knowledge base on all Wizards of the Coast products,policies, and organized play programs.
• 5% Report key customer insights back through the organization
• 10% Represent team and department as cross-functional meetings, as well as select events and conventions.
• 5% Contribute to the development of key tactics designed to grow China play.
