职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
1) Responsible for contract negotiation, execution and implementing a contract management process, including: structuring and managing business relationships; negotiating and drafting standard-form contracts and contracts with third parties for goods and services; creating, implementing, training on and auditing of compliance with contract-related company policies; advising internal business clients on contract laws as applicable; and reviewing and revising contracts within requisite time period
2) Identify and analyses legal issues, draft key documents, present clear recommendations and assure overall legal compliance of the company’s business
3) Research and analyze regulatory laws that may create risk for or otherwise affect the company; counsel internal business clients on the business implications of these laws and assist in developing policies, procedures and risk mitigation strategies
4) Other work assigned by the Legal Director including litigation and arbitration

Requirement
1)Bachelor degree major in law
2)PRC bar
3)3~5 years of law practicing experience
4)Solution-oriented, high sense of responsibility, resilient and resourceful 举报 分享
