职位描述：

Procurement Specialist/Assistant

Position Overview:　
Responsible for sourcing,PO fufillment,on-time delivery of materials and services, supplier management, price or business item negotiation, payment, reporting,etc. Co-work with cross team to execute whole purchasing activity.

Responsibilities:　
1.PO fulfillment--Meeting internal quality, lead-time and delivery requirements is essential.
2.Delivery Management:Eusure PO shipment can meet the in-line requirements.
3.Payment Management:Base on PO term and user acceptance to apply for the payment on time.
4.Supplier Management:Understand, communicate and execute based on internal requirements; meet quality, lead-time and delivery requirements.
5.Cross department communication:Coordinate with internal parties to solve any inquiries.
6.Understand, communicate and execute whole purchasing activity based on internal customer demand. Manage supply risk and any change in owned suppliers.
7.Track personal KPI to ensure it meet target in department planning. Work with cross functional team to improve all indicator.

Requirements:
1.1~3 years of relevant working experience in procurement specialist or assistent. College or Bachelor degree in engineering or business are preferred. Semiconduct experience is a plus.
2.Good knowledge of procurement methods and procedures is essential to ensure compliance with the company’s procedure.
3.Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure meeting aggressive target prices, terms and conditions.
4.Demonstration ability to maintain effective working relations as a team member.
5.Effective communication skills and confidence when dealing internally and externally.
6.Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple activities.
7.Good oral and writing in English.
8.Open, Integrity,Responsible and Teamwork.
