职位描述：
To supervise all aspects of housekeeping and hotel cleanliness to strive towards total guest satisfaction. Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Needs to be able to perform in all housekeeping functions. Total responsibility for hiring, training and development of all associates working for housekeeping. Assist the director of rooms and resident manager in all areas to ensure smooth operations and total cleanliness of all areas of the hotel. Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the division.
