JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Senior IT Systems Analyst
Reports to: Manager IT Systems
Subordinate: 0
Working location: Shanghai

Job Purpose:
  1. As part of the Windows and VMWare engineering team, this position will provide level 3 support for systems within our environment, as well as work with the rest of the team to establish standards for those technologies.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide 3rd level support for Windows, VMware and Citrix servers in enterprise data centers across several locations including on-call support rotation
  2. Work with central operations to ensure proper operation of support systems
  3. Work with internal IT customers to ensure proper technologies are used to meet their needs
  4. Assist with implementations of complex systems based upon Windows, VMWare and Citrix
  5. Establish an overall quality program and success metrics
  6. Execute on break-fix activities
  7. Perform troubleshooting, resolution, and root cause analysis in a high availability 24x7x365 environment
  8. Participate in the Incident and Problem Management processes to implement Continual Service Improvement


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business or equivalent job related experience.
  2. Experience with large scale VMWare environments
  3. Configuration and support of Windows Failover clusters
  4. Support of Citrix XenApp environments
  5. Understanding of storage and network systems
  6. Experience with developing and executing disaster recovery plans
  7. Strong strategic, analytic and problem solving skills
  8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels in the organization
  9. Ability to navigate a large organization and to influence others beyond their direct authority
  10. Proven track-record of delivering on schedule and with high quality
