职位描述：
测试工程师

岗位职责：

1、分析产品需求，制定合理、高效的测试计划；

2、参与产品评审，能够快速了解需求，跟进项目；

3、根据项目需求和计划能够设计和编写测试用例；

4、执行测试用例，熟练运用Bug管理系统提交和跟踪Bug；

5、配合开发人员进行功能调试，以及突发事件的解决；

6、根据测试过程编写相关测试报告。

岗位要求：

1、计算机或软件开发等相关专业本科以上学历，1年以上测试相关工作经验；

2、熟悉软件测试理论和方法，熟悉软件测试流程，善于发现问题并能够分析测试过程中发现的问题；

3、熟练使用常用的测试工具；

4、能够独立维护以及搭建测试环境；

5、熟悉数据库的基本操作。
