Responsibilities

The Finance Director is in charge of the following:

1. Lead the administrative management of the HKG holding company as well as the China WFOE (incl. its sub-branches) and the Macao legal entity.

2. Lead the Finance team process contracts & audit each event budget.

3. Lead the Finance team collect the receivables and schedule the payments in order to maximize the agency’s cash flow.

4. Manage the agency’s purchasing processes to optimize buying costs and avoid abuses.

5. Manage the financial forecasting.

6. Manage the legal protection of the company (agreement template, insurance policies, etc.)

7. Manage the Intellectual Property of the company.

8. Manage the hiring, training & coaching of the Finance team.

9. Manage the office locations.

Qualifications & abilities

1. local with bachelor degree in accounting required.

2. Familiar with Chinese Tax Law.

3. At least three-year working experience, preferably at an international company (fine if not related to event planning).

4. Fluent English spoken & written required.

5. Good command of Excel/Word/Outlook required.

6. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.

7. Ability to work in team.

8. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.

9. Can be tough against adversity.

10. Great with details.
