职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of technical development department and security department, guide two teams to finish the objectives and meet the working requirements;
2. Responsible for the people management of technical development department and security department, ensure to reach the KPI requirements;
3. In charge of the communication and relationship maintenance with related joint venture; make sure to establish a fluent relationship;
4. Responsible for the communication with global group.

Requirements:
1.35 years or above; at least 5 years experience in engineering project management, bachelor degree in IT, electric power, steel structure, security or technical majors(IT background is preferred);
2.Experience in Joint Venture Company, good at communicating with government and state-owned enterprises;
3.Organization and people management;
4.Be familiar with workers culture;
