可靠性工程师
职位描述：Job Description
1. Responsible for Company's reliability related activities, coordinate and interact with internal functions and subcontractors to ensure all reliability indices are met.
2. Problem-solving activities with product groups, process engineering teams and suppliers to identify, track, and resolve customer and internal reliability issues.
3. Define, perform, review and meet re requirements for company NPI qualification from product development to manufacturing stage.
4. Establishing device/package qualification and reliability test plan.
5. Performing engineering sample reliability evaluation.
6. Making sure periodic reliability monitoring on devices in mass production.
7. Working out qualification and reliability test DOE on devices with engineering changes.
8. Supporting special reliability test requests from customer/other functions.
9. Completing reliability estimation and assessment based on reliability test result.
10. Carrying out reliability test failure analysis, find failure mode and drive corrective action for improvement of device performance
11. Submitting reliability and qualification reports.

Qualification & Requirement
1. Master or Bachelor of Science degree in Quality, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in Semiconductor field with IC design house, or OSAT as RA role.
3. Well understand reliability test spec/procedure;
4. Well understand reliability test mechanism and typical failure phenomenon
5. Good master of AEC Q-100 & JEDEC qualification systems & requirements.
6. Effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization, possessing a thorough and clear written and verbal command of the English & Chinese language.
7. Demonstrated ability to effectively solve complex problems. Demonstrated ability of results orientation and taking appropriate action.
8. Desire to learn and develop into new technical areas in the field of reliability. 举报 分享
