Summary of Job Function :
工作职责

？ Daily logistic operation, administrate and control forwarders & brokers.
日常的进出口业务操作，管理货运公司和物流代理公司。
？ Maintenance the electrical record of import & export data.
维护进出口业务的电子数据及相关文档的整理，归类以确保审核数据的完整。
？ Responsible for dealing with the cases happened in the logistics chain (such as
claims, urgent delivery, customer complains for delivery etc.,);
处理物流过程中突发事件，如包装破损，客户的运输投诉等。


Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能 (Same as above)

？ Follow up shipping instruction and co-ordinate with forwarder/broker and suppliers
？ 准备国内、外供应商的订单，并协调好与各供应商的关系；

？ Manage the logistic document to make sure delivery on time and all the documents keep in records for Customs audit.
？ 准备进出口单证（包括发票、箱单、提单等），及所有相关进出口文件的管理；

？ Handling logistic operation, especially for importing.
处理公司海关的进出口业务；

？ Handling customer complaint in logistic function and action follow up.
处理客户在物流方面的投诉.


  

Know-How Requirements
职位要求

1 College degree in logistic or business administration
    大专学历，物流管理方面。
2 Good command in oral and written English
   良好的英语书写能力。
3 Good knowledge of Excel or other reporting tools
   精通EXCEL或其他分析工具。
4 Knowledge of ERP systems will be a plus
    有ERP运用经验。
5 Ability to work in independently
    能独立进行工作。
6 Aggressive, result driven and a good team player
