职责：
1. 负责进行西部地区大客户的内部人员集中培训课程，包括视光基础、产品知识、验配流程、零售技巧。
2. 日常积极拜访大客户门店，提供良好互动和专业指导，推进公司硅水凝胶隐形眼镜市场份额。
3. 在特殊场合代表公司进行消费者教育、眼检、指导试戴活动，在视光学校开设讲座。
4. 帮助总部培训课程和专业市场资料的开发，海外线上自学平台的课程英语翻译。
5. 和当地销售业务团队合作，负责地区市场竞品信息、从业人员资料的整理、更新、汇总。
6. 和当地眼科、视光学校关键意见领袖保持联络，科学推广高新技术、视力矫正产品。
1. Deliver key account & internal staff training in western area, including optometry product knowledge, fitting SOP and retailor selling skill.
2. Frequent visit & engage local eye care practitioner in optical store to improve silicone hydrogel contact lens penetration.
3. Support consumer event as seminar eye exam free trial, also for optometry school student.
4. Help development of headquarter core training course and localization of E-learning English modules from oversea.
5. Responsible for local marketing intelligence and ECP database updating, closely work with sales team.
6. Liaison with regional key opinion leader for scientific promotion of new tech in vision correction.
