职位描述：
Location: Shanghai
Directly Reports to: Supervisor, Supply Chain
Support and Guidance from Bunzl Direct Import North America Office

Main Functions /主要职能
-Working with Bunzl USA or other party concerned closely for all the consolidation shipments in Shanghai warehouse.
-Finalize the ship date of consolidation orders based on the required ship date of customers and sailing schedule of carriers and keep all the party concerned posted.
-Working with 3PL to adjust orders per customers’ request.
-Daily maintenance warehouse inventory sheet, update all the new customer orders, purchase orders, inbound and outbound and order adjustment, etc.
-Secure confirmation from vendors and verify cost, quantities and ETD meet requirements for all the purchase orders. Enter PO comments in AS400 system.
-Negotiate with vendors if they do not confirm any information as required on the purchase orders and communicate the results to Key Coordinator of Operations and North America office
-Regular communication with suppliers, supervise the expiry purchase order, get the correct invoices from suppliers according to their cargo delivery and send to Bunzl USA to ensure enough inventory for them to receive outbounds.
-Update shipping information (container & seal number, B/L number, etc) into AS400 system and related spreadsheet
-Check warehouse inventory with 3PL on a weekly basis, and regularly check the on order quantity with vendors. Follow up any discrepancies.
-Proactively support Bunzl USA on miscellaneous product stuff for potential new business opportunity
-Daily contact with Bunzl USA or other party concerned and achieve daily work in a timely manner with good quality.


Qualifications:
One year experience.
College degree desired. Major courses in logistics, international trading is preferred.
Good knowledge in MS Office.
Good English, verbal and written;
Open mind and teamwork spirit.
