职位描述：
Background/Mission

The aim of achieving more efficient work and fulfilling team target creates the need for dedicated and specialized trade finance resources. The Trade Finance function is under Financial Solutions’ umbrella, supporting all subsidiaries in Asia Pacific to mitigate the political and commercial risk emanating from the export sales.

You will support Trade Finance Team Leader to mitigate the commercial risk & political risk by contributing to Trade Finance function through working with internal department & external partner.

Job Description

- Take responsibility of managing L/C & Credit Insurance operation e.g. run workflow correctly in the system, lead L/C terms and conditions review, commit to presenting high quality documents, utilize credit insurance tool.
- Be capable of reviewing guarantee terms and keeping special guarantee discussion under control.
- Review & negotiate external partner’s agreement on trade finance.
- For business requirement, be able to work independently and deliver competitive trade finance training to domestic and overseas subsidiaries.
- Coordinate among worldwide subs in good manner and offer swift support/service.
- Provide skillful support on trade finance project implementation.
- Deal with other ad hoc business.

Experience/Skills/Special requirements

- Have advanced knowledge on international trade/shipping documents /finance.
- Be able to handle L/C documents independently.
- Minimum 2 year experience in contract/order/ shipping handling or trade finance preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, oral and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills of MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Educational requirements
- Bachelor degree, majored in international trade, finance or accounting is preferred.

Personality requirements
- Punctual, prudent, well structured, motivated and an excellent communicator.
- A self-disciplined professional with team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
- Eager to learn and improve continuously and can work under pressure.
- Customer oriented.
