职位描述：
岗位职责：
* 与客户沟通，收集汇总客户需求，撰写合适的功能和技术解决方案。解决方案应符合公司的方案架构标准。
* 负责组织制定项目的技术方案编写、标书的准备、讲解及用户答疑等工作。
* 配合客户经理完成与用户的技术交流、技术方案宣讲、应用系统演示等工作。
* 配合业务部其它部门做好用户沟通、资料共享、技术协调等工作。
* 配合市场人员完成相应的市场活动、产品宣传资料审核等工作。
* 配合做好与合作伙伴厂商的技术交流。

岗位要求：
* 计算机相关专业本科以上学历，硕士尤佳。
* 5年以上企业级（B2B）软件行业售前工程师工作经验。
* 有3年的面向对象程序设计语言的编程经验。
* 有良好的沟通技巧。同时有创造性、主动、独立、勤奋，有较强的分析能力。
* 英语听说读写流畅
* 熟悉HTML, CSS and JavaScript。熟悉XML。
* 愿意到中国或国外出差
* 能坚持不懈解决问题，工作条理性强。具有团队合作精神，乐于与同事沟通。

符合以下条件者优先：
* 熟悉掌握客户沟通管理（CCM）的工具和流程。
* 具备技术开发和工程实践。
* 熟悉银行、电信、保险等行业之一的业务流程。
* 有方案设计、标书应答、用户交流经验。
* 了解Windows服务器和Unix系统的TCP / IP网络基本知识。具有硬件/软件负载平衡的知识。
* 有SQL Server或Oracle数据库方面管理经验。

Job Description:
* Communicating with customer. Capturing, gathering and summarizing customer demands.
* According to customer demands, writing functional and technical design proposal.
* Transferring customer demands into suitable solutions and build these solutions on GMC architectural level.
* Responsible for composing project technical proposal, preparing for bidding documents, Presentation and answering client’s doubt.
* Responsible for cooperation with sales manager, to fulfill technical communication with client, technical proposal presentation and application system demonstration.
* Responsible for cooperation with sales and other division, client communication, document share, technical Coordination etc.
* Cooperating with marketing to complete the corresponding marketing activities, product publicity materials audit.
* Cooperating technical communication with partners.

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above, Master's degree is preferred. Major in Computer.
* At least 5 years B2B presales engineer, working experience in software industry.
* At least 3 years programming experience of object oriented programming language.
* Excellent communication skills. Also creative pro-active, independent, studious, and have strong analytical skills.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Familiar with XML.
* Willing to travel in China or abroad.
* Being persistent in solving problems. Teamwork and will consult colleagues.

Following conditions are preferred:
* Familiar with Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools and processes.
* Technical development and engineering experience.
* Familiar with one of the business process of banking, telecom, insurance industry.
* Project design, tender response, and user communication experience.
* Having knowledge of Windows Servers and Unix Systems and basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking. Knowledge of hardware/software load balancing would be an advantage.
* Administrator experience on SQL Server or Oracle databases would be an advantage. 举报 分享
