We currently seek a creative and organized Graphic Designer. You will work as the only Graphic Designer in Shanghai, support our fast-growing regional business and meanwhile respond to graphic design requests from our other Asian offices. Therefore, it’s essential that you enjoy and have the capabilities of doing both high and low responsibilities and are a self-starter who can influence others to the optimal design for educational programs.

Responsibilities include
? Design educational materials for training programs
? Develop new design ideas together with the team that enhances the program experience for the participants
? Present and explain design concepts internally
? Be in charge of photo and design file libraries and documentation
? Design online and offline marketing communication and sales collateral
? Assist in event management and various marketing activities

Ideal Candidates
? Degree in Graphic Design-Related Field
? 4+ years in graphic design work
? Excellent skills in most Adobe Creative Cloud Software programs (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), H5 and one video editing program – all using a PC platform
? Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to design well in these
? Excellent understanding of design principles (web and print), document setup, typography, and color and printing/pre-press practices
? A proven creative mind and be able to conceptualize projects from start to finish
? Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic math
? Organized and pay strong attention to detail and quality
? Thrive in a team environment
? Communicate timely and effectively at all levels of the organization
? Possesses strong time management capabilities and be someone the team can rely on to get things done in a given timeframe
? Flexible and enjoy a rapidly changing workplace
? A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
? Native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English
? A mature and professional demeanor
