Peter-Lacke Shanghai Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned Germen Paint producer, established in 2003 at Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Zone, and moved to Fengxian Sub-zone, Shanghai Chemical Industry Park in Sep. 2009.
