Responsibilities
? Meet increasingly high demands of fast and flexible, self-service analytics on high volume and high velocity data
? Develop robust and reusable AI frameworks
? Responsible for implementing and refining the AI for BPO Business
? Be a key contributor to overall architecture, framework and design of big data and AI
? Work closely across an array of various teams and organizations in the company and industry (including partners, customers and researchers)
? Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of your markets developments
Skills and Qualifications
? 10+ years of software development experience using multiple computer languages. Experience building large scale distributed data processing systems/applications or large-scale internet systems (cloud computing)
? Experience with a range of AI technologies, including OCR, Text Recognition, Image Recognition and other AI technologies based on Machine Learning/Deep Learning
? Knowledge of AI decision making approaches, including expert system, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms and optimization methods
? Broad understanding and experience of analytics, data modeling, analytical tools, languages, or libraries (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R, Matlib, H2O, MLlib)
? Experience of big data architectures, including Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Spark is plus
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
? Ability to lead initiatives and people toward common goals
? Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
