职位描述：
Fashion R-Evolution International Shanghai is hiring the Administration assistant.
The candidate will be required to report directly to the managing director.
Job duties will include the following:
1. Communication with office suppliers (property management, post courier companies, printing companies, China telecom/ China mobile etc)
2. Arranging international and local parcels and relevant record follow up
3. Reception job (meeting visitors, picking up calls etc)
4. Maintenance of the general order in the office and providing necessary supplies to the workers
5. Showroom garments arrangement
6. Cash payments and relevant record.
7. Invoices chasing and proper arrangement of invoices for further handover to financial department.
