财务会计：
-协助主管处理员工报销，公司日常费用和现金的支取
-协助做好增值税发票的开具和财税文件的存档
-协助主管完成每月的月结和年度审计工作
-配合做好银行和税务部门的各项事务

行政：
-办公室全面的日常行政工作
-差旅安排并配合会议计划
-帮助国外来访员工申请签证并安排其差旅需求
-履行主管交予的其他各类工作
-参与并组织各类展会和研讨会

岗位要求：
财务或会计专业的本科学历
2-3年财务会计方面的工作经验
良好的中英文会话和读写能力，能翻译中英文商务文件
精通各项办公软件
会使用SAP和了解汇丰银行知识的优先
沟通能力良好并能独立工作
性格开朗、细心，注重成果，以顾客为中心 举报 分享
