职位描述：

Job Purpose:

1.Support all legal and compliance matters for HPM activities in APAC and R&D centre in Shanghai;
2.Take charge of liquidation and deregistration projects in the region;
3.Other assignments;

Key Responsibilities:

1.Full scale legal and compliance support for High Performance Material related Activities in APAC and the R&D centre in Shanghai with around 20 legal entities in total;
2.Deliver legal and compliance trainings;
3.Other assignments

 

Recognized law school with LLB degree a must, LLM will be a plus; overseas education background is preferred; PRC Bar a must;
6~8 years of working experience in both reputable law firm and comparable industrial MNC in areas of corporate, contract, labor and IPR etc; solid and sophisticated legal skills; excellent command of spoken and written English; 
Mature and can work independently with minor supervision; detail minded, willing to work hard; sound communication and presentation skills; team spirit
